Davor Miličić is Professor of Internal Medicine and Cardiology at the University of Zagreb and Chairman of the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases & Director, Advanced Heart Failure Programme at the University Hospital Centre Zagreb.

He is full member and Vice President of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts, President of the Croatian Cardiac Society and Founding Director of the Croatian Heart House. He was a councilor of the ESC Bord 2021-14, and from 2016 member of the HFA-ESC Board. Since  2020. also servers as a member of the Executive HFA-ESC Bord & Coordinator, Clinical Section.
